Q: I'm a current student and I have no idea how to access my courses - Visit www.themusicalwebb.com and select "login" at the top right menu (if you're on your phone, you'll see three dashes. Tap the dashes and a drop down menu will appear). Once you click login, enter your email and password when prompted.

Q: I'm a current student and forgot my password - on the login page at the top right menu, you'll see an option to reset your password.

Q: I enrolled in the Piano 360 Membership and I need to cancel/update my subscription - To cancel your Piano 360 Membership, click on your avatar at the top right corner, and click "settings". From there you'll see "Billing Info" at the top right. Click on that, and you will see a "cancel" option. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to [email protected] 

Q: I'm a current student and I'd like to request a refund for a course that I purchased - Contact us at [email protected], and let us know which course you'd like to receive a refund for. *Remember, there is a 30-day refund policy, so it's best to reach out at least 2 business days before the 30 day refund window ends.*

Q: I'm trying to play my tutorials, but my videos aren't loading/playing - You can try a few things: 1. Try reloading your browser, 2. Try another browser, 3. Try restarting your device, 4. Try a different device. If none of these work, contact us at [email protected].

Q: I'm not a current student and have a question/would like to learn more about your courses, or I have a unique question about my purchased course(s) - You can proceed to contact us at [email protected].

Q: I didn't get my receipt/confirmation email in my inbox. What do I do? - Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see your confirmation/receipt, or need more assistance, please email [email protected]

Q: I logged into my account, but I don't see my course. What do I do? - If you're logged in but don't see your course, check out the menu in the top right corner (might appear as three dashes if you're on your mobile device). There will be an option that says "My Courses". Your purchased courses should appear there. Also, be sure that you're using the same email that you entered when you first enrolled in your course.
