Introducing the Online Piano Starter Kit for Beginners

Your one-stop shop for step by step piano training from the very start!

What will I learn in this course?

With this self-paced online course with prerecorded video tutorials and printable exercises, you will learn the step-by-step basics from the ground up, such as:

  • Learning the keys on the keyboard;
  • Learning your first scale;
  • Learning the basics of sheet music;
  • Learning music theory;
  • Learning the basics of rhythm;
  • And much more!

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

  • Feel more comfortable finding your way around the piano;
  • Get a better grasp of how to sight read without having to "count" your way through the sheet music;
  • Use a better technique that will help you last longer on piano (which means, no more "cramped" hands!);
  • Increase your speed, so you can cut your practice time in half and learn songs faster;
  • Build your confidence level;
  • Begin your road to learning all your favorite songs that felt out of your reach;
  • Be able to entertain yourself and your loved ones at your own leisure!

Here's How the Starter Kit Works:

Each lecture will break down, either through video, text, or image, the theory or song for that lesson.

Course Breakdown:

  • Module 1: Navigating Through the Piano
    • First your will learn how to name the black and white keys on the piano, as well as how to practice those keys. This will help you get a thorough understanding of how the piano is laid out, allowing you an easier and faster way to land the right keys when you need them.
    • You will also learn effective techniques on how to place your hands and fingers on the piano. This will help you feel much more comfortable while playing, and add literally hours to your performance without getting "tired" or "cramped" hands.
    • Then, you will learn how to play your first scale for separate and both hands, which will allow you to navigate through the piano much faster, and improve your coordination between hands. This will help you tackle any song that requires you to play both hands together.
  • Module 2: Navigating Through Sheet Music
    • First, the course will show you how to name each note on both the treble clef staff (right hand notes) and the bass clef staff (left hand notes). Not only will you be given the most effective way to name each note right away, but you learn the most effective way to call them out in sequence during a song. No more painfully stumbling through notes; you can now easily pass through the music, with minimal stopping or pausing. Breaking through this barrier will allow you to get through more songs in record time!
    • Then, you will learn how to properly count rhythm notes and learn about time signatures. Doing so will allow you to understand how to properly count the rhythm of the song, while improving your coordination, in the likely case that you will be reading separate rhythms with each hand.

Course Curriculum

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the course work?
This course is a series of self-paced video tutorials, printable songs and exercises, and quizzes, all designed to improve your piano playing and sight reading skills from the beginning. The course and its contents can be accessed 24/7, both on desktop as well as mobile.
Can I still learn even at my age?
Absolutely! I've had students successfully learn piano over the age of 50-60.
Do I need to purchase any outside material?
No. Everything you will need as far as music and material will be included in the course itself.
How long will it take for me to learn my first song!

I get this one a lot! To be perfectly honest, it all depends on your level of dedication to learning piano, as well as learning pace and schedule. Since the first song will be introduced in Section 3 of the course, and considering you follow the course on a consistent basis, learning your first song can roughly take anywhere between one month to three months, or more/less. This is because you will have to learn certain motor skills of playing, as well as fundamentals of music theory and sheet music before your first song, to which you will have to apply all of those fundamentals and skills.

How long will it take me to get through the entire course?
This answer depends on your own pace as well. I can tell you that my physical one-on-one students who see me once every week usually complete this level of material somewhere between six to twelve months, but that varies greatly. Keep in mind that I meet with my students on a consistent basis, so that time frame is based on the fact that the student stays committed to the material.
How long do I have access to the course?
Forever! Once you've completed full payment for the course, you have access to all of its contents infinitely.
How much access do I have to you as the instructor?
I'm always reachable via email at [email protected] or by phone at (888) 734-2399.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
